Zoe Browining was the managing editor of TruVista magazine, a subsidiary of Titan Enterprises. After encouragement from Victor Kiriakis, Zoe hired Will Horton as her new writer. Will's first assignment was a tell-all about his mother overthrowing E.J. DiMera from DiMera enterprises. The article was a wild success. But, the fall-out cost Zoe her job.

She moved on to Sonix magazine. And, she offered Will a job there too. He took her up on it and continued to take story assignments with her, despite her penchant for selecting controversial stories.
