Days of our Lives' Kyle Lowder (ex-Brady Black) shared some huge news this morning: he's returning to Salem!
The beloved actor, who's been hard at work producing the digital drama Ladies of the Lake, took to Twitter first thing today to share a video of himself arriving on the set of the NBC drama he called home from 2000 to 2005. In the video, he reveals that he's already taping for the series and has been keeping quiet about his return for quite some time.
"Hey, guys! So, I guess the cat's out of the bag, huh?" he says in the teaser video. "I've been sittin' on this one for while. But nonetheless... thrilled to be back in Salem. See you guys soon. Gotta get to work!"

As soon as the video went live, fans immediately began questioning how the actor might make his return to the canvas. After all, Eric Martsolf now plays the character Lowder originated almost 20 years ago. The actor kept mum about details, so fans will have to wait and see how the writers have woven him back into storyline. As with most things on soap operas, anything could happen -- from Brady having an evil twin to Lowder taking on a whole new character. The sky really is the limit, and the only teaser given to fans (from the show's head writer, Ron Carlivati) is the cryptic: "A Very Brady Sequel?"

After leaving DAYS back in 2005, Lowder went on to play Rick Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, followed by playing a role on DeVanity. He currently makes appearances on Ladies of the Lake, which will soon debut its second season on Amazon.
