Monday, March 6, marked what would have been the 90th birthday for the late William J. Bell, creator of the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, who died in 2005. And to commemorate the special day, current and past stars of the daytime drama took to social media to celebrate the iconic soap opera legend.
Heartfelt posts showed up on the feeds of stars like Bell's daughter, Lauralee Bell (Christine Blair), Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), Doug Davidson (Paul Williams), Michelle Stafford (ex-Phyllis Summers, Y&R; Nina Clay, General Hospital), Sharon Case (Sharon Newman), Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) and more.
