Lifetime is once again set to bring joy to daytime fans, this time with two thrillers titled Stalked by My Patient and My Mother's Split Personalities -- and both boast several soap opera stars.
Stalked by My Patient, which tells the story of a patient who becomes obsessed with a kind and compassionate doctor, features Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos, General Hospital; ex-Cassie Layne, Guiding Light); Judi Evans (Adrienne Kiriakis and Bonnie Lockhart, Days of our Lives); Bree Williamson (ex-Claudette Boland, GH; ex-Jessica Buchanan, One Life to Live); Mercedes Colon (ex-Maria Sanchez, GH; prosecutor, The Bold and the Beautiful), Mark Hapka (Nathan Horton, DAYS); Jade Harlow (ex-Jessica Bennett, Passions; ex-Sheryl Connors, DAYS), Brody Hutzler (ex-Zachary Smith, Guiding Light; ex-Cody Dixon, The Young and the Restless; ex-Patrick Lockhart, DAYS), and Eddie Matos (ex-Ricky Torres, All My Children; ex-Peter Marquez, GH; ex-Charlie Espinada, B&B).
Laura Wright took to Instagram to confess that she's actually quite nervous about the film's premiere, which is set for Friday, December 14, simply because -- as shocking as it is -- this is the actress' very first Lifetime film.
"This is my first Lifetime movie. I'm terrified to see this... truly. So different from what I do every day on GH," she writes, adding that she's happy to have had the opportunity of working with stars like Williamson and Matos. "So grateful for the experience and can't wait to do more."

Meanwhile, Lindsay Hartley (ex-Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, Passions; ex-Arianna Hernandez, DAYS; ex-Cara Castillo, AMC) is set to star in My Mother's Split Personalities.
The film tells the story of Gail (Hartley), a mother who is under the control of her highly intelligent but criminal boyfriend, Warren (Jefferson Brown). Warren aims get his hands on Gail's late husband's money, and a cat and mouse game ensues between him and Gail's daughter, Julie (Kayla Wallace), who is determined to stop him and to get her mother help.
Watch for the premiere of My Mother's Split Personalities on Saturday, January 19, on Lifetime.
