One Life to Live alum Renée Elise Goldsberry (ex-Evangeline Williamson) stars as Wickie in the comedy Girls5Eva, a series that follows members of a 90s one-hit wonder girl group who decide to try their luck again at pop music stardom after their music gets sampled by a rapper.
"Hanging with my homies! I love them so much," Goldsberry shared on Instagram.
Will the girl group be able to reach stardom while trying to balance family, jobs, and daily life? You'll have to tune in to find out. Watch the sparkling teaser video below, which features the group singing an original tune.
From 1999 to 2007, Goldsberry appeared as legal eagle Evangeline Williamson on the ABC drama One Life to Live. She received Outstanding Supporting Actress Daytime Emmy nominations in 2006 and 2007. The Grammy and Tony Award winner's other work includes Altered Carbon, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, The Good Wife, and Broadway's Hamilton, for which she won a Tony Award in 2016.
